Reviews – what’s it mean to you?
Social networking and marketing is still all the buzz, but that is just a piece of this puzzle. You have to make sure you are on top of your reviews. When was the last time you Googled your business name?
Take a look at the number of reviews for just “Pizza”:
100+ Reviews! Now lets just say that you have 13, but 10 are negative. How much business are you losing to the guy with 130 and only 12 that are negative? Not good.
Guess what, reviews are easy to get, but you have to not only train your staff – you have to teach your customers. Ask them when they buy, ask them when they leave, send them an email, call them on the phone, but make sure you have done everything to give you a positive review. It will bring you a solid return.
